Story Premise

After the events of Pure Flame, peace returns to Hinata City. Four heroines—Pure Flame, Pure Elizabeth, Black Cute, and Pure Dark—now operate as the Pure Elements, protecting the city from evil. But peace doesn’t last long. The supposedly defeated BB Gang’s low-level minions, the Zakōzu, have been spotted again. When the Pure Elements rush to investigate, they discover that their enemies won’t show mercy—even during battle, the heroines can be grabbed and forced into sexual situations. And when that happens repeatedly, pregnancy becomes inevitable.

Core Gameplay

This is an RPG Maker title with a twist: pregnancy mechanics that actually affect gameplay. During combat, enemies can capture and assault the heroines with cross-section views showing what’s happening. If this occurs enough times, the heroines become pregnant. But the enemies don’t care about their condition—pregnant heroines must continue fighting with their enlarged bellies.

Time-Based Pregnancy System

The real tension comes when the heroines’ bellies grow large and they try to escape back to their base. If they don’t make it in time, they’re forced to give birth right in the middle of enemy territory. The game includes a timer mechanic where players must balance combat objectives with reaching safety before “that moment” arrives. It’s a unique risk-reward system that adds real stakes to every encounter.

Character Selection & Progression

Players can choose their favorite heroine for each stage deployment. Each character has individual H-stats tracking their experiences, pregnancy status, and more.
